"Mental Health Week will again focus on how we live, learn, work and play - realising it's a combination of factors which impact our mental wellbeing."

We will be a day late but this year for Mental Health Week we will be raising awareness and money for Beyond Blue and Black Dog, two amazing organisations who play a big part in helping people struggling with their mental health. On the 18th of October we have will have an all-age, mixed gender scrimmage with Blue Vs Black at 4pm at The Rise. To participate you will be required to donate $10. This applies to skaters, refs, officials and spectators alike*.  (*EXCEPTION: Participants under age 18 are required to have a parent or guardian attend and this accompanying adult ticket payment is OPTIONAL [i.e. the parent can pay only if they want to] - maximum complimentary parent ticket per junior is ONE)
