Jordan will tailor a gym program to suit the demands of Roller Derby on our bodies focusing on ankles, knees, hips & shoulders. We would complete an hour training session at Enhance Physio Gym, 8 Riseley St Applecross, be demonstrated the program using resistance bands and basic equipment. For those who want to do exercises at home you would be supplied a resistance band to take home. Alternatively for those wanting a more gym-base program these options will be demonstrated to achieve the same goal.
